Seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a supportive aged care provider in the Cannington region.

As the site’s sole Aged Care Occupational Therapist, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact—helping residents maintain independence, function, and overall well-being within a collaborative and caring environment.

This part-time position offers flexibility in your schedule and a steady caseload within one residential facility that values teamwork, respect, and professional input.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct resident assessments and develop tailored therapy plans
• Deliver reablement, functional maintenance, and equipment prescription programs
• Support residents with strategies to enhance daily living and independence
• Provide manual handling advice and education to care staff
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and contribute to care planning

• Part-time position – flexible hours
• Work from one stable, supportive residential site
• Autonomy in your practice with backing from an experienced multidisciplinary team
• Immediate start and structured onboarding to help you settle in smoothly
• Competitive hourly rate up to $58/hour + Super, depending on experience

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification (Australia)
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a team
