150 faller for two spots of puke on the back seat and $150 for them to clean it and with using for all the customers husband to see the product is disgraceful I would not use them I would actually just piss on them to be honest and get rid of this company in about a perk they are going to make the rest of the company stop bad if you're desperate then just wait for a normal taxi which you can rely on when he won't rip you off and the normal taxis will pick up your phone call these guys do not man their phones over the weekend just shows you what a poor poor company this is do not use them
If your company has already responded to user complaints and believes that the situation is already fixed, suggest that the user reevaluate it, mark it as a problem solved and, perhaps, complement the opinion with words of thanks.
